Preorders

Preorders ship by the date shown on the product page and in your bag. If that date changes, we'll email you the new date and you can cancel for a full refund. Once a preorder is delivered, the return terms below apply

Returns

You can return unworn, unwashed items with the original tags attached within 30 days of delivery

How to start a return

Email collabs@alagioactive.com with your order number and the items you want to send back. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending anything back

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund it, including shipping
